Wild flowers at Respryn bridge
Wild flowers at Respryn bridge
Respryn is on the River Fowey not far from the Lanhydrock estate, near Bodmin. The medieval bridge looks interesting and is a regular subject for photographers, so I was trying to get something a bit different from usual.

This shot is from a few yards upstream from the bridge, with Himalayan balsam flowers in the foreground. Himalayan balsam is an invasive species that many people would like to eradicate, but I thought it made an interesting shot.
